Average stay. Issues with cleanliness
old showerhead room repairs
The room seemed outdated. Some repairs are needed. the bathroom had issues. The shower head looked old. i also noticed the walls needed some work. overall, the room was like it required more attention to detail.

Solid Beachfront Experience

I appreciated the prompt cabana setup on the beach through David. He provided noodles for swimming. I enjoyed seeing dolphins from the shore and discovered a heart shaped hole in the sand.
The initial room I received had a door that did not close properly causing a draft and noise.
Facilities

The hotel features complimentary beach loungers excluding the front row which requires a fee. Restaurants offer delicious food. The resort provides many family friendly amenities.

Victor provided helpful assistance during check in. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Carolyn offered really good service on the beach always telling jokes and stories.
